Where we work

We work across Los Angeles County — the Basin, the Westside, the valleys, the South Bay, and the high desert. Climate and building departments change from one city to the next. Find your city below, or call and we will confirm we can schedule you.
The City of Los Angeles is not one roofing climate: Valley heat, hillside wind, basin UV, and Harbor salt all show up in a week of inspections. East Los Angeles is unincorporated county, with its own permit path. Reroofs inside city limits typically go through LADBS, including Title 24 cool-roof documentation when the covering is replaced.
Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, and West Hollywood sit in marine-influenced climate with older and high-value housing — tile, low-slope additions, and design review more often than a Valley ranch. Each city has its own building department; this is not LADBS. Calabasas is inland of that marine layer: hillside HOA lots, Santa Ana wind, and access that belongs on the estimate.
Hillside wind, tile on older streets, and architectural shingle on later tracts. La Crescenta and Montrose sit on the same foothill streets as Glendale. Pitch and access change labor more than they do on a flat Valley ranch.
Torrance, Long Beach, and Rancho Palos Verdes take marine air. Fasteners, flashings, and cheap vent metals corrode sooner than they do inland. Rancho Palos Verdes adds coastal-bluff tile and underlayment work. Long Beach also brings a large small-multi-unit and low-slope inventory.
Hotter and windier than the Basin, with planned tracts and HOA color boards. UV and Santa Ana winds lift tabs younger than homeowners expect. Attic insulation matters more here than on the coast.
SGV summers are hotter and drier than the Westside. Older bungalows and Spanish Revival houses often still wear tile (felt fails first); later tracts take architectural shingle. Each city has its own building department; Altadena is unincorporated county.
Eastern Los Angeles County mix of older grid streets, hillside pockets, and post-war tracts. Whittier, Downey, Lakewood, and Cerritos are cities; Hacienda Heights and Rowland Heights are unincorporated communities. Permits are city- or county-specific.
High desert: wind, large day-night swings, and wildfire-adjacent lots. Lancaster and Palmdale are the cities. Acton, Agua Dulce, Antelope Acres, Lake Los Angeles, Littlerock, and Pearblossom are communities in the same valley. Cool roofs and a real attic layer both earn their keep.
HOA architectural review is common in planned Orange County tracts — send the approved product list with the quote request. Call with your city and we will confirm the next inspection window.
Laguna Niguel, Lake Forest, San Clemente, Dana Point, and San Juan Capistrano. Coastal and near-coastal HOA communities, a lot of concrete tile, and salt or wind on the details. Each city permits its own reroofs. Underlayment under tile is a frequent failure even when the tiles look fine from the street.
Inland Empire heat is not Los Angeles heat. Climate zone 10, long summers, and attics that become ovens if the shingle is bald and the insulation is an afterthought. We work Riverside, Corona, Eastvale, Jurupa Valley, Moreno Valley, Temecula, and Beaumont.
Riverside, Corona, Eastvale, Jurupa Valley, Moreno Valley, Temecula, and Beaumont. A Title 24 cool roof on a steep-slope replacement is doing real work here, and blown-in insulation is often the difference between an AC that keeps up and one that does not.
Services we bring to every city

Find the leak, repair the failed flashing or shingles, and leave the rest of a still-sound roof in place. Written price before work starts.
Roof repair
Tear-off and architectural shingle reroofs sized for Southern California heat, Santa Ana winds, and Title 24 cool-roof options.
Asphalt shingle replacement
Underlayment reset or a full clay or concrete tile system when the house was built for tile — not a shingle sales pitch on a Spanish roof.
Tile roof replacement
TPO, modified bitumen, and other membranes on additions, duplexes, apartments, and small commercial — including the steep section of the same building.
Flat roof replacement
Remove failed insulation, air-seal, and install a consistent blown-in layer so summer cooling is not fighting an empty attic.
Attic insulation
Document wind and rain damage, tarp when needed, and give you a scope you can actually use with your insurer. We do not sell “free roofs.”
